Upon completing an online purchase, if we are able to accept your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. All prices shown by TNQ are in pounds Stirling & inclusive of VAT.

TNQ are unable to provide change or cashback for any outstanding gift voucher balance.
There is no date of expiration on any of our gift vouchers.

All TNQ Gift Vouchers are dispatched via email in a jpeg format. All vouchers are dispatched to the email listed on the purchaser's billing information within 24 hours of the payment being received. During the Christmas period the expected delivery window will increase to within 48 hours. TNQ does not accept responsibility for any vouchers that are filtered into a 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder by the recipients email service provider.
refunds
Should a TNQ Gift Voucher not be the ideal gift for you, then please contact us with your voucher reference within 7 days of your initial purchase. Once we have verified that the voucher has not been redeemed we will happily refunded the full value of your voucher, minus any administrative & financial costs of processing said refund.
